I am kicking myself for not using all the features you have in this application and making myself working harder then I had too!!..

I now see I can import detailed information into MLK to include phone numbers and birthdays. (duh). Two more questions.

1. Is there a way to run a report or sort users by their birthdays within a certain range.. and send ONLY THEM emails and not everyone else in the group?

2. IS there a feature that allows me to only send emails to people who have not gotten an ANY emails from me..... and Those who have not been sent an email within a certain number of days... and send to ONLY THEM.

KEY HERE<<<<< I will be sending the emails using the Forward to group feature linking Outlook to MLK but using OUTLOOK as primary sending sorce.

Hi

1. Yes, select the "Filter/Search" folder in the main window, choose the "Birthday" field and specify "Between" date values

2. Yes, see the "Never been sent" and "Sent since" options in the "Other Filters" folder.

Note: these options are not available when using "Forward to Group", so instead save your outlook message to an HTML file, then load it into MLK's message sending window using File > Open.

Nigel,

Thank you very much. All the instructions you gave me were great and should work just fine.

For question 2 (note). When I save the outlook email file as an html and open the file in MLK it gives an error message saying it cant find the images. The text comes over just fine... but I have graphic embedded within the outlook email that forward with no problem in outlook. What do I need to do to get the images to carry over in MLK?

Hmmm, Outlook should save the embedded image too.

Can you please email me the saved HTML and any associated files.
