We have confirmed that an anti-virus product (Shield Deluxe 2009 from PC Security Shield) can cause slideshow burning to fail with the error "Slideshow conversion error".

Please email us if you encounter this issue.

(Note: Internally it raises the error, "Fatal error - could not load user32, Win32 error 487")
