Hi all

I need to supply a list of all folk who bounced after my last email send. How do I do that?

Hi Marion

Select "Completed Tasks" in the main window then Task > View Recipients. Choose the "Show Returned" display option, then click Export...

Beauty! How about unsubscribes - how are they captured? ie I know they are stripped out of the list, but is there a report I can generate which tells me who unsubscribed?

Hi Marion

Better reporting is planned for a coming update, this will include a view that allows you to see everyone who unsubscribed after a particular newsletter.

In the meantime you will need to use View > History and Errors, Removals, display the unsubscribers and sort by date. You can then export the list and edit it as required.
