 emails not sending -everything seems ok but nothin

Gooday Nigel

I am doing this one last test before buying MLK. I have sent smaller test successfully. But now I am sending out an email of about 20k to around 20,000 emails. I go through the process, everything seems OK including sending a test. I hit send now and your little message saying that the footer with MLK info will be displaed, i hit OK, the screen comes back to the email to be sent screen, but nothing happens, no errors message, nothing, and i've verified nothing has gone out. What could be causing this?

Hi Nigel!

I just bought MLK today. By the way I think you've designed generally a great product.

When the no sending problem occurs, no debug logs are generated in the location you gave, no error message appear either, simply nothing happen except the preview window appears and i hit ok and boumb, it closes and nothing.

I have since done a few test and it reveals the following:
• When i am trying to send more than 10,000 by selecting them with the filter I still get demo pop-up saying the demo version does no not support more than 50,000emails even though the program is now registered and clearly displays it and the above scenario occurs ie nothing happens
• When I do the same but selecting less than 10,000 emails through the filter, the problem does not occur and no demo notice. GO FIGURE

Unfortunatly I always need to send upwards of 40,000 emails.

What to do Nigel?

Hi Rayz

That may happen if you do not restart MLK after registering the software. Please confirm.

What edition does it report as registered under Help > About.
