I am having a problem with the forward function. I used to be able to select an email… select "forward"… I would then edit the email to remove "to" and "From" from the body of the fowarding email.... I would then click the mail list king "forward to group" within in my outlook tool bar.

Now when selecting an email and clicking "forward" and editing the message… … the mail list king options are not available.

I now only have the option to "forward to group" from the main outlook window and not within a message.

Foward to group is also no longer an option when creating a new message.

Can you please advise?

I have tried to click mail list king options tab within outlook and selected to have mail list king display both in the main outlook window and in the message but it doesnt seem to work any longer.

Hi

So the issue is that the Outlook toolbar is not displaying the email window of Outlook, correct?

What version of Outlook and MLK are you using?

Try completely urning off the toolbar option under View > Options, Other, Email Software, then closing MLK and Outlook.

Restart MLK and turn on the toolbar option again.
