Is it possible for Cruise Control to auto reply to all incoming email to one user's Outlook email inbox, without the user needing to login or run Cruise Control? e.g. a helpdesk user auto reply to all incoming email's.
I installed a trial version of MailList King, to get helpdesk user to auto reply to all incoming emails. I configured MLK with a rule for helpdesk user to auto reply to all mail that goes into the inbox, then move the email into a sub-folder under the inbox. I find that it only does the auto reply if I login as helpdesk user and run MailList King. I set MLK to pick-up the email from the Outlook inbox, do i have to make it get the email directly from the SMTP Server for this to work automatically or is there another setting i need to tweak?
MLK has no way to automatically change the Windows User, so you might find it easier to have it connect to a default email account or retrieve the mail via POP.
