This is my problem: I have a large list with email addresses from people that subscribed to the list in several different groups, for example: - subscriber 1 is member of groups 1 and 2 - subscriber 2 is member of groups 1 and 2 and 3 - subscriber 3 is only member of group 1
Now I want to send a message to ALL members of the list (this means sending to the members of groups 1 + 2 + 3) At this moment subcriber 1 will receive 2x the same email and subscriber 2 even 3times...
How can I avoid that subscribers to several groups receive my email 2 times or more? I just want everybody to revceive my email 1 time, even when they have a subscription to several groups. PS: of course they subscribed to each group with the same email address.
Do you mean that you send one newsletter and if a member is in three groups they receive it three times? That is not possible. When you send a newsletter MLK will generate a unique sending list, so even if a member exists in all groups they only receive the email once.
