Go to our support page and request a serial number (to get the download link for the lastest version) and if it still happens send me your settings.ini file.
Everything in the settings file is correct. Some things to try:
1. Repair your database using the Database Utility:
i) Download from http://www.xequte.com/download/dbsys330.exe ii) Install and Run it. iii) Select Utilities>Repair iv) Click Select and browse to your database folder (search your hard disk for the file mlk_main.dat to locate your database folder) v) Your database files will be displayed in the box below. Hold down the Ctrl key and select each file in turn vi) Click Open to repair all of your files
2. Export your database to a file, create a new database and import the old data into it
3. Emails us your entire database for analysis (put it into a zip)
I followed your guidance and the result asf 1. Not help. 2. It is work, but we likely lost many other infomation such as bounce msg count....
Finally i tried foll steps: 1. Export your database to a file, create a new database and import the old data into it. This new MLK database generate 3 files mlk_hist.XXX 2. Come back to old MLK database and replace 3 files mlk_hist.XXX by the new once. (present files have ttl 76mb while new clean file have abt 7mb)
Now activities of each email ID were recorded and showed on History TAB.
