Nigel -- This is a continuation of an email conversation we were having that went cold, I have not heard back from you in a while. I tried sending mail through MLK myself, rather than a scheduled mail, to a small controlled group, both through the built in SMTP server, and through my own SMTP server...about the same both ways.
