Tried this - minimising the burning dialogue box. At the end, when the DVD was spat out, the dialogue box remained inaccessible, so I could not click OK to continue - hence no alternative but to close down using Windows Task Manager.

In the Windows Task Manager did it show that DVD PIXPLAY was running?

Yes, but that was for the main screen - when I clicked on the main screen it bibbed, as that was still waiting for the burner screen to relinquish control - it was the latter that was nowhere to be found.

After burning your disk, did you click Back/Previous, and then Finish again? You probably just caused the computer to get hung up. If it happens again do the following:

Please e-mail Nigel the following file:

C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt

Also another option is to use the option to output the slideshow files to your hard disk and then burn them with your own burning software.

Detailed instructions are available at:

Hi Terry

What method did you use to Minimize PixPlay? The minimize button in the advanced burning menu, or something else (e.g. the Windows Show Desktop function).

When PixPlay "locked" (beeped when you clicked it), did you try toggling to another program using Alt+Tab and then toggling back (Alt+Tab again)?

Is this v4.0?

Thanks for the detail, and then screenshot you emailed. We'll investigate this for v4.01.
