Hi Muhammad

Please email me the log file for this sending task.

Run MLK and click Ctrl+Shift+I. Choose the option to display your database folder and then browse to the folder "SendLogs"

In that folder your log files are named "mail_sent_*.txt" with the date of the delivery included in the name. Find the files of the relevant date and send them to me.

Hi Muhammad

Every message is getting the same error:

“Connection attempt was forcefully rejected (10061)”

This means that something on your system/network or your ISP is blocking MLK’s mail server.

Unfortunately we are unable to tell from this end what it is, but it is generally one of the following:

- Anti-Virus Software: Some products such as Norton actually detect programs sending mail and intercept them. Look for a worm blocking option and disable it
- Firewall: Check your firewall does not block MailList King (with application blockers like ZoneAlarm or McAfee) and/or does not block port 25 or 53 (port based firewalls).
- Router: Many routers have built-in firewalls, check that it does not block port 25 or 53.
- ISP: Some ISP's block port 25

Alternatively go into View>Options, Sending, and choose a different setting method.
