Is it possible to update fields in existing MLK database records when importing data? Customer records are maintained outside of MLK and many fields (Price Code, customer interests, address, etc.) change frequently and it would be nice to be able to merge these changes into MLK.

Sure. When you import a multi-column file into MLK, and a particular record already exists (i.e. the email address in the import file matches an address in your DB) then MLK will update that record with all new data in the import file.

How do I update e-mail addresses the same way (at once)? Our customer records are managed in another database, and I have to mass-update e-mail adresses in MLK once in a while. I do not think there will be a large number of e-mail adresses to be updated, but it is not realistic to match the e-mail addresses and update them one by one. Any advice will be appreciated.

It's not yet possible, but yours is the second request for such a feature so we will be adding it in v7.0.
