Was just sending a email out to a group and got this error message

“Access violation at address 00670388 in module MLKing.exe. Read of address 000000A6”

This had jammed the program.

How can this be fixed? Please advise urgently.

All the best,

John

Hi John

Typically an A/V error will only occur during sending if:

- You are using a sending method that supports multiple simultaneous threads and you have specified a value that is much higher than your system can handle

and/or

- Too high a proportion of your messages are timing out (cannot send or connect to the server).

For more detail please email me the log file for this sending task.

Run MLK and click Ctrl+Shift+I. Choose the option to display your database folder and then browse to the folder "SendLogs"

In that folder your log files are named "mail_sent_*.txt" with the date of the delivery included in the name. Find the files of the relevant date and send them to me.
