On the Information tab, the Outbox item says "72 in Error." This has been there for a couple of months now. What does this mean and how do I get rid of it?
Select View>Sending Tasks. In either your Outbox or your Automated Tasks folder there are items waiting to be sent (but have failed due to repeated sending errors). Either restart or delete the tasks.
