I have already gone to a generalist for a legal consultation, but they could not provide me with full information, saying that this is not their qualification. I was advised to go to a tech lawyer, but I want to be able to get all the services I need in one place. What tech law firms can provide full service for a tech startup?

It's great that you found a good professional who honestly told you that he couldn't handle your problems. Unfortunately, there are not that many true professionals these days. I recently saw David Sharifi from L.A. TECH & MEDIA LAW FIRM on TV and he was talking about the importance of intellectual property and copyright protection technology for attorneys. It was very informative for me, and I didn't even know that if you're working with a technology startup, it's very important to file an application with the Patent Office, or else the whole thing can go awry in the final stages of processing.
