Yes, as far as I know, it is possible. But it must be in the provider's settings, right? I don't know for sure, as I have never encountered it myself and have not inquired about it in detail
Not every provider provides such an option. As a rule, you can only choose the country through which you can access the Internet. But there are location proxy providers and you can choose one of them: https://proxy-best.com/proxies/location/ This is very convenient if you need, for example, to promote your product or service in a certain region.
