To fix the "Blocked due to other 4xx issue" in Google Search Console, start by identifying the affected URLs and checking the specific error (404, 403, etc.). For a 404 (Not Found), either restore the page or set up a 301 redirect to a relevant page. For a 403 (Forbidden), check permissions to ensure Googlebot can access the page. Once the issue is resolved, update your sitemap in Google Search Console and request reindexing for the affected URLs.
