Hello. I'm a student and I'm finding it increasingly difficult to study. I don't know how to manage time and always sit over books until late at night, then I don't get enough sleep, in the end I get very tired and have no time for anything. How do I fight this?

That's a tough question. Because I'm the same way. I'm always busy with something, I'm not lazy, I study, but in the end it still turns out that I never manage to hand in anything on time

You just need to learn how to manage your time effectively and study when it's most convenient for you. Without a strict study and rest schedule, it's difficult to see how you can succeed. A schedule helps you stay on top of everything and get enough sleep. And a good night's sleep is essential for good health and great studying. My advice - learn some task management strategies here
