To fix the “Submitted URL marked ‘Noindex’” error in Google Search Console, first, identify the URLs that have been flagged. Remove the noindex tag from the HTML code of the pages you want indexed. If the noindex tag is intentional, remove the URLs from your sitemap to avoid submission. After making the necessary changes, resubmit the URLs for indexing.
