You must register as a Poppo agent first to become a Poppo Coin Seller. Start the registration process by downloading the Poppo app, clicking on the agency registration link, and following the process. The Poppo Agency needs to fulfill the basic requirement to start the coin-trading.
Either the agency needs to manage at least 5 active hosts and recharge the account with 2000 USD coins in one transaction, or else the agency needs to recharge the coins by $6000 in one go. Then only the agency can become the official Poppo Coin Seller.
