To convert NSF (Lotus Notes) files to an Office 365 account, follow these steps:
Download a Conversion Tool: Obtain a reliable NSF to Office 365 migration tool such as VSPL NSF to Office 365 Migration Tool or any other reputable software.
Install and Launch: Install the chosen tool and open it on your system.
Add NSF Files: Click on the “Add NSF File” option and browse to locate the NSF files you want to convert.
Select Office 365 Account: Enter your Office 365 credentials to connect the tool to your Office 365 mailbox. The tool will usually require your email address and password.
Configure Migration Settings: Adjust any necessary settings, such as choosing specific folders to migrate or applying date filters.

Lotus Notes to Office 365 migration requires different NSF and PST file formats. Then there is that the manual migration, particularly to large mailboxes and to numerous users, is a time-consuming and error-prone process. But using specialized utilities, such as the Stellar Converter for NSF, makes all the difference.
This includes converting NSF files of Lotus Notes quickly into PST, ready for easy import into Office 365. This converts all the email components like email, attachments, calendar, and contacts without any data loss. Another necessity is that the original folder structure is preserved; this becomes important while migration is performed. The batch conversion feature of this tool is a boon for large-scale migrations.
Using Stellar Converter would enable a smooth, fast, and secure transition by the business and thereby reduce the chances of errors involved during an office 365 migration.
