Hi friends, I've been thinking about how to deal with pornography addiction in a couple. What strategies or approaches can help couples overcome this problem together? And how can you support each other in this process?

Hi. This is an important topic that many couples face. One of the key steps in dealing with free porn addiction in a couple is to have an open and honest conversation about the problem. Partners need to identify together what it is that is causing the addiction and find ways to support each other in the process. This may include setting boundaries on pornography use, finding activities or hobbies that can replace time spent in front of a screen, and seeking professional help if needed.

I agree with the previous comment. In addition, it is important to remember that dealing with pornography addiction as a couple requires mutual involvement and support. Partners must be willing to support each other and be patient and understanding in the process. Together, they can overcome the problem and strengthen their relationship.
