Large Cabin Basic fares can be adjusted or cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation window but cannot be amended or refunded.
Tickets that have not been used at all are good for a year from the date of purchase.
Tickets that have been partially used are still valid for one year after the first use.
Flight vouchers have to be utilised in the order that they are given out.
A voluntary refund on a ticket that is fully refundable will result in a $100 service fee.
Your ticket will automatically be changed into a travel credit for future travel if you don't cancel it before take off.
The points will be redeposited into your account if you cancel a Hawaiian Miles award ticket protected by a travel waiver clause.
