Most users convert OLM to PST files in such a case. Because OLM is not compatible with Windows Outlook, and converting it to PST apparently gives a way through that. a) Gmail Import/Export:
This method involves exporting your OLM emails to Gmail and then importing them into Outlook via PST.
Export from Mac Outlook:
Open Mac Outlook and select the desired folders or emails.
Go to File > Export > Outlook for Windows (.pst).
Choose a location and name for the exported OLM file.
Import to Gmail:
Log in to your Gmail account.
Go to Settings > Accounts and Import > Import mail and contacts.
Select "A PST file" and browse for the exported OLM file.
Import the data into your Gmail inbox.
Import to Outlook via PST:
Open Windows Outlook and go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
Choose "Import from another program or file" and click Next.
Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click Next.
Browse for your Gmail archive downloaded from Settings > Download your data.
Choose the folders you want to import and click Finish.
b) IMAP Synchronization:
This method requires enabling IMAP access in Mac Outlook and configuring Outlook on your Windows computer to access the emails via the same IMAP server.
Configure IMAP access in Mac Outlook.
Set up your email account with IMAP settings in Windows Outlook.
Your emails will be synchronized between both clients, effectively making the conversion unnecessary.
