Is there currently a way to handle undeliverables differently for different groups rather than as a global preference? We have one group set up that we would like to leave in undeliverable email addresses while we would like them to be processed and removed for all other groups.

Kind Regards,
Sean Burk

Hi Nigel,
That makes sense. Thanks.

Hi Sean

I'm afraid there is not a group specific option for that. You should probably disable the option to automatically remove addresses that frequenly bounce, then periodically filter your list by BounceCount > 5 (for example) and assign them only to your desired group.
