We have been getting this error message since we went live with the program. We have also been getting the same error referencing 004B03AF at address 00000008. Any suggestions?

Posted - Jun 13 2014 : 07:10:46 Hi Nigel.
There have been no error messages since we installed the upgrade.
I feel like I still need to give it a few more days, just to be safe. But after that I will recommend that we purchase.
Thanks again for your help.

If you have not purchased yet, then you should first download and install v13.01 which will be out tomorrow. Don't uninstall the old one, just install the new version over top of it. It will automatically update your database and settings.

Posted - Jun 08 2014 : 11:55:57 Hi Nigel.
We have not purchased the program yet, primarily because of concerns about long term stability. We are not "doing" anything in particular to cause the error. The program is set to periodically download emails from our external email account and send them out in bursts to our membership using the same account.
It is running on a dedicated Windows 7 computer.
The program runs 24x7 with very little interaction or monitoring.
I ran the rebuild as you suggested but it does not seem to have helped. I think it has been 2 days since I checked the mail list, which I normally do remotely. When I remoted in a few minutes ago there were perhaps 6 or 7 instances of the error message. I closed the messages, closed the program and re-opened it.
Is it possible to download a trial of version 13 and import the settings from the version 12 trial that we are currently running? Or would I have to set the whole thing up again from scratch? We are on day 15 of the 60 day evaluation.
Thanks.
Jeff

Sorry, I could not find your registration details. Can you please email me the name and address it was purchased under?
Access violations are unusual. Did you try repairing the database? Are there any particular steps that lead up to the error?

Posted - Jun 06 2014 : 09:33:26 With apologies - I just saw your reply. We still have not purchased, specifically because we are not sure the program is reliable at this point. Can we still update?
Thanks in advance.

Posted - Jun 06 2014 : 09:29:53 We are still getting these error messages and have now discovered that they are interfering with the operation of the program. Emails are not being retrieved or sent until the messages are cleared and the program is closed and restarted.
Please advise.

Nothing untoward occurred in the log. Is there any particular set of actions that lead up to the error?
Also, please go into File > Options, Database, and repair your database.
V13.0 will be ready later in the week. You should download the update (recent purchasers will get a free upgrade).
