Our needs are VERY simple (in my opinion.

1. We want to manual enter our distribution list - this works
2. We want to automatically POP an email account at our ISP and retrieve all email messages there. I think that is working.
3. We want to automatically send a copy of EACH retrieved email to EACH member of the distribution list. I cannot figure out how to do this. I have read the help screens an the tutorial and and the instructions just don't seem to correspond with what I see on the screen.

Please advise ASAP.

Thanks - Jeff Levine

Jeff

Hi Jeff

If you are using Outlook it should be easily managed. Just use Outlook rules to move all messages that should forward to a special folder, then configure as follows:

With apologies - what do you mean by "a destination group name"?

Right now I am configured to monitor a folder in Outlook instead of going directly through the POP account. But it still is not working.

I am in the evaluation version and have not purchased yet.

My email address is jlevine@systemsshop.com

Thanks.

Hi Jeff

When forwarding messages retrieved via a POP account the messages must contain a destination group name in the subject line or email address (to avoid conflict with other mailing list messages).

However I'd like to investigate improving this for the next update. Can you email me the name or email address you purchased under.

For Example - the help section says

"To access the Folder Processing Tasks functionality select File > Options from the main toolbar. Select the "Email Processing" tab and click the "Folder Processing Tasks" button. This will display the list of Processing Tasks Dialog where you can create new tasks and edit your existing ones."

But there is no File > Options on the main toolbar.
