Posted - Jan 20 2014 : 12:53:39 I tried latest MLK12 but it still seem to have the old issue that Umlaute (öüäöÖÄÜ) are scrambled if emails are sent with plain text using native Amazon SES.

The subject line is fine but the body is messed up.
I tried different encodings with no luck.
Do I really have to finally give up using MLK?

You will need to switch it back to HTTP SMTP. I'll need to confirm that and come back to you as the office is closed for a few days.

Posted - Jan 23 2014 : 01:19:52 * I use "Send via Amazons SES" http://screencast.com/t/1hnUnZB4fP7
* It seems, that it is using SMTP (I couldn't find a different setting): http://screencast.com/t/UL22p7cLs

Yes, this is a limitation of our Amazon SES implementation.
But what method are you using in MLK to send via SES? SMTP or HTTP?
