Posted - Dec 03 2013 : 10:54:23 Hi
i am sending an email to many users who have ads on our site. it might be that the same user (same email address) has more than 1 ads on our site. i would like MLK to accept the same email adress more than once, with different records. but it does not. it shows me an error message that i already have this email in my list. i configuered the MLK to allow user with multipile email address but it does not effect the list. or may be it does not answser to my question. anyway, please advise. this is important for me. thanks |

Posted - Dec 04 2013 : 02:05:42 Yes, you can just install the new version over the old one and it will automatically upgrade all of your settings and database.
You can upgrade at:

Yes, that is correct. In older versions of MLK it would block duplicate email addresses if the name matched the existing record (or both did not have a name).
MLK V12 allows duplicates even if the name is the same/blank.

Under File > Options, Database, you need to enable the setting to "Allow members with duplicate email addresses"
