I want to create an auto responder from an email from a different company. I receive leads from a company that emails me the lead. I do not want it to send the email to the company that sent the email nor do I want it to take the name from autobot that sent the email. I want MailList king to find the email and name in the email itself.
I do not know if it is possible. If it helps I have the code for the email below and a picture.

Unfortunately MLK will be unable to process this message because it is so poorly formatted.
The HTML body all appears on a single line and the plain text body (which is the preferred retrieval method) has line breaks between fields and their data:

Unfortunately, this did not work. It still trys to grab the email and name from the Autobot sender, not the email or person I want it to grab. Maybe I have a setting wrong somewhere? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi
Yes, you should be able to do this using the "Automatic Message Responding" function under View > Options, Automatic Emails.
You will need to specify that the message is in web form format and that the email address field is:
Email
The name field is:
Customer Name
And the seperator is a colon.
