I have MLK on a dedicated XP workstation without Outlook. MLK is uses mostly in RAC mode. I'm taking a class where we are creating a study group of 10-15 students. I would like the fellow studetns to be able to send messages members of the mailing list (similar to RAC sending) but not require them to use a password. The list would be closed and only I or another admin would add members to the list.

Can you provide any tips or tricks or do you have video or quick how to guide? (Looked but didn't see on.)

Thanks,
Doug

Hi Doug

You should probably use the Member Sending functionality under View > Options, Member Sending.

Specify that anyone in the mailing list can send if they have sending rights:

You can add all of the students who can send to a particular group, e.g. "Permitted_Senders" and then right-click the members of this group and enable their sending rights.
