I have had ongoing forwarding error messages since upgrading. There is no error code just the error as attached. It is hard to find the reason without the error code.

The error message is after it checks emails and then forwards them. Everything is set properly. There is a correct email address and a correct email address for where they are coming from. The email address is the same one use for sending out emails and which fine to send out emails but not forwarding of emails. It was working fine prior to the upgrade.

Thanks Nigel

Fix it!
Our tech looked at the problem and told me to uninstall the software and reinstall the new version but not overtop of the old. Worked flawlessly.
Our tech said the problem was the install.
For others who may face the same issue, suggest you uninstall and do a fresh install.
