I have set the ISP limits to none, time is turned off so MLK can send 24 hours a day, staggered email is turned off. In other words everything is turned off so MLK should respond immediately when it receives and processes incoming email.

Yet when incoming email is processed MLK says "waiting for inactivity" and does not send out the replies.

What additional settings do I need in order to have MLK respond promptly to incoming emails.

Thanks
Bruce

Hi

Please see "SecondsToPauseAfterActivity" at:

http://www.xequte.com/support/maillistking/hidden_options.html

We will have a new release before the end of March which will expose these options better.

Could you advise where hidden options is located? I looked through all the tabs but could not find it.

Hi Bruce

MLK avoids sending when you are using it. If you wait for about 60 seconds (i.e. without clicking anything in MLK) then it will send.

(You can disable this in hidden options)
