I had to put in a new hard drive and have just re-installed MLK. But I can't find the MLK database in my backups. What is the filename extension I should be looking for?

Is there a settings file, too?

Hi Ellen

Sorry that i wasn't fast enough to help. If other users are wondering...

The default location of your settings is:

7/Vista:

C:\Users\ <YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME> \AppData\Local\Xequte\MailList King\

XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\ < YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME > \Local Settings\Application Data\Xequte\MailList King\

The database should be stored in a "DB" folder under this folder.

If these locations do not exist then search your system (including hidden folders) for files named mlk_main.*.

I found the files I was looking for -- it was an entire folder and I moved it form the backup to my new hard drive. And I think I've fixed the settings manually -- everything is working -- thanks any way.
