Hi Pete

I doubt that reinstalling will help.

If all your messages are timing out (where they did not previously) then look at the following:
- Have you changed your sending method or its settings in MLK?
- Have you changed or updated your Anti-virus software
- Have you changed your router?
- Has your ISP started blocking port 25?

For more detail you should email us the log file for the sending task:

1. Run MLK and click Ctrl+Shift+I.
2. Check the box to display your "Sending Logs" folder and click "OK"
3. In that folder your log files are named "mail_sent_*.txt" with the date of the delivery included in the name. Find the files of the relevant date and send them to me

Things are going really crazy now! I have started to get an error message saying something about "you have received 20 timeout errors, do you want to continue" etc when I press yes, I get Access violation at address 00B22924 in module MLKing.exe. Read of address 000000A7 for every %age until the sending finishes.

I want to remove MLK and start again.

What would you suggest the best way to export all the data and reinstall would be?

Regards
Pete

Hi Pete

Sorry, but i am at a loss at to why this is occurring. From the log everything appears to be progressing as expected. I have added extra logging to allow us to resolve the issue in the next update. Unfortunately I cannot send you the update yet as we are a making a major change and it is not yet safe for production-use.

Hi Pete

I received your log, thanks. The SubscribeList messages seems to have come through OK, but i will investigate it in more details on Monday. Can you tell me if you get the same problem if you send your SubscribeList message as plain text rather than HTML format?

Hi Pete

This looks like a problem outside of MLK. What email software are you using for the sending? Is MLK receiving the message from your email software or a POP account?

I'll email you some debug logging info.
