I have a batch of 2,700 'keep in touch'personalised emails that I send out weekly.However I get the following errors on the 1,000 th email to go out. If I Abort the batch send and then restart it, the emails go out fine until the next 1,000 th email is reached that fails.

I've moved my SMTP server with my ISP to a dedicated IP address that ethey tell me has no sending limits at their end. So they are saying the error is in the MLK software.

================Email No. 1001 in batch ====================

SEND FAILURE: too many messages in this connection

ian.kelly@efgl.com: FAILURE at 26/10/2011 14:22:32 (too many messages in this connection)

= Restarted sending then this error on Email No.1002 in batch ====

======== Abort and then restarted and next 999 emails went OK =======

I think your ISP is telling you porkies

> Too many messages in this connection

This means the mail server is rejecting the message because you have exceeded some arbitrary limit.

Go into View > Options, ISP Limits and break your sending into 1000 email batches.
