Hello,

could someone please help me out as im receiving an error when i attemtpt to send an email via my mail list king

"SMTP FAILED WITH THE ERROR AUTHENTICATION FAILURE"

could someone give me a guide in how to resolve this please

Hi

This generally means you have not specified your authentication settings properly. When sending via SMTP this is usually one of the following:
- specifying a username/password
- needing to connect via POP before sending
- needing to use SSL

MLK has options for all of these, so check with your ISP to see what the requirements are.
