Hello,

I am trying to start using MLK, but I am having 2 problems:

1 - I configured the email processing to download emails "Directly from a pop server", but it does not work.
I am using a google email and when I send an email with "[test]" to identify the group, it was not processed correctly.
Sometime it works, sometime does not work: Example - When I put in subject "[test]" its is not processed, but if I reply and the subject was changed to "Re: [test]" it works.

2 - As the directly pop server there is this problem, I installed the outlook 2007 and it process all emails correctly, BUT I am receiving the message: "A programs is trying to access e-mail address you have stored in Outlook..."

How to work around with this? I tried find in suuport group without success.

Tks in advance.

Antonio

1. Can you please:

a. Run MLK
b. Click Ctrl+Alt+D (or Shift+Ctrl+D in MLK 9 or older)
c. Click "Yes" to the prompt to enable debug logging
d. Reproduce the problem
e. Send me the debug log file:

On Windows 7 and Vista:
C:\Users\ <YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME> \AppData\Local\Xequte\MailList King\debuglog.txt

Other Windows Versions:
C:\Program Files\MailList King\debuglog.txt

2. Please go into View > Options, Other and click Outlook Settings. What settings do you have specified?
