I'm looking into why domain validation triggered cbl xbl. Another administrator of the database did a validation and for some reason we where listed, it was 9 days ago so I know that it isn't a virus. Does domain validation touch the mailserver (port 25)or just look up dns. Ran all kinds of spyware and anti virus. If it was a virus it would still be sending. Thats not the case. I'm also having trouble finding the custom filters section. Looked at the help file wanted to make sure we where only doing domain vs email validation.

Thanks -Jim

Hi Jim

That would be incredibly unlikely. Domain validation makes absolutely no connection with mail servers, and connects only to DNS servers to confirm the validity of the domains.
