hey
if you set a mail to group from outlook
and you have picture's in your mail no attachments but in the mail where you typing the text
the pictures are lost

i your reply "MLK references it in its original location" do you mean the location in outlook.pst or the temp dir ????
clean xp install
clean MLK install
send email from outlook to MLK
en we have the result that i have
no move and no deletion the only thing i do in a install is changing the standard temp location to a other locion in env variabel from xp
normal that may not be the case because if you read the temp var good
the pad is good

Hi
So MLK is forgetting the location of the attached file? MLK references it in its original location. Have you moved or deleted it?

after testing with the worst case sinario the mail breal up and send good i think,
The recived mail is good
it can be the link to the attachments in MK itself

i cant send to you with a attachment how can i give you my zip file
if i put evrything in a mail as text that wil be confusing
/* by defaule the inline images in the selected message
will be added as attachments to the new message
the reason is in htmlbody the image src will be as follows:
src = "cid:image001.jpg@01C82869373A65B0"
to view inline images (and avoid image attachments) it should changed as follows:
src = "image001.jpg"
replace "cid" with "" (empty string) and
replace "image001.jpg@01C82869373A65B0" with "image001.jpg" (only file name)
i change it a bit because you have so many malformd mails
- uppercase / lowercase
- start with <IMG but not end with IMG>
- one thing i'am always sure of it begins end ends with "
- i trasfer the names off the attachments because in some mails there are no real attachments from the file
- i hope and like i tested the inline img read always last and the real attachments first

- i think i found the problem.
- if i’ am right you break up the mail for the transfer to MK?
- if so i think i found it, you remove the cid: and etc, ...
- i wrote some code that forward the mail to do so in c# for a shared add-in for outlook just need to clean up a littel
- if you are interested and back from your holiday i can and like to share it with you because you are much furder with your program then i can do in 5 day's :)
just let me now if your interested or not

i don't now if MK can show the picture in the mail but he send it wel

but if you do a resending from history the recieved mail there is no picture in it
same thing happen with attachment's in outbox good , at history there is no picture,jpg,pps,... attacht to it
