Nigel,

RE: Version 9.02R (Personal)

When I view the outbox in the message centre, then click on an individual task and view its properties, I can see the email addresses of 'sending failed'. However, these 'sending failed' messages don't seem to be appearing as failed attempts in the users' profiles. How do it get the information in the outbox to populate the user profiles?

Thanks Nigel - I think I've got it now.

Hi Ian

It depends on the reason for the failure. If the failure is due to a general sending failure (e.g. your SMTP server is not available) then it won't appear in the user's profile.

If you choose the undeliverable display in sending properties then that will align with the failure you see when viewing the member's history.
