Posted - Nov 13 2009 : 06:43:23 As I am new to MLK, I'm just setting up my auto-responders to welcome subcribers to my groups. If I add emails manually into a group (by typing the address), will the new members get the welcome message? Or, does that only go out if I "Check for New"?

When you add new members (e.g. by importing from a file and/or using List > Add/Remove addresses) you will see an option at the bottom that says "Send Acknowledgments". Check that option is you want the member to be sent a welcome message.
