Hello,

I sent an email to a group of peoples...

A coupled of adresses bouced back in Outlook...

But the report in MLK shows a successfull delivery for that adress...

I used de SMTP configuration for sending....

Is there something else to setup ?

Hi

Firstly, you should download v8.60 from:

www.xequte.com/maillistking/download.html


It is some improvements regarding bounce processing.


In the "View Recipients" tab, have you selected the "Returned" display option? With large sending tasks the returns are not calculated until you do this because it can be time consuming.

The bounce count for individual peoples works when I look a the groups

but message center, completed tasks, view recipient...

the succes rate is always 100%

Hi,

Thanks for your help... It works now.


I'm evaluating the newest version 8.56

I have created a folder and a rule for bounced email..

I have created another folder for processed email from MLK.

I have configured the options to have the processed emails moved from one folder to the other after processing. (option>email processing>after processing>after an email is processed, move to folder...)

This folder always stays empty and the one for bounced emails stays with the bounced emails.

What version are you using?

Display the properties of the task in your "Completed Tasks" folder and click the "Recipients" tab. From the drop down select "Returned Addresses"

Are any items listed?


If not, have you enabled undeliverable message processing under View > Options, Undeliverable? And used Outlook rules to automatically move all bounce report messages to your MLK processing folder (the one specified under View > Options, Email Processing)?
