Setting up my emails on a scheduled batch send with 3 minutes between each batch ( 24 in a batch) USED to work great. All of a sudden, they either don't start at the scheduled time, or they start and do about 10 batches and then stop for no apparent reason. The outbox shows that the next scheduled time is accurate, but they won't restart unless I do it manually.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
