Hi Rayz

It only sends one email with two bodies. Most email software will show the HTML body always (except that Outlook uses the plain text body to show a preview).

"Override the default plain text body"

If checked you can specify the exact text that is used for the plain text body.

If unchecked a plain text version of the HTML body is used

A few questions

In edit plain text body window:
- What happen when you select 'overide the default plain text body'.
- Can the actually be 2 distinct version of text, one Plain Text and the other HTML?

Thnaks Nigel

Thanks for the reply

But does it send 2 distinct emails or simply an HTML email (when you have chosen to design your email in HTML) for which you can see the plain text when the images are blocked in email browser?

Thanks!

Hi Rayz

MLK always sends a plain text body when you send an HTML message. It is generated automatically from the HTML content, or you can edit it using Edit > Edit Plain Text Body in the message sending dialog.
