This has turned into a huge problem for us. Nigel I sent you some private emails on this. (Waiting for a reply.)

I've now invested a 3rd evening on this and have sent 100s of test messages. Here's an update to what I have found.

RAC commands appear to work fine from Google and pop accounts as long as RAC command does not have a command in the body of the message except for sending messages.

What's not working is the ability to add/remove users from groups using RAC commands. I've tried Gmail, Yahoo. The error message is always the same the body of the message is empty. What's strange, is after I switched to a different pop account it's not working with Outlook either.

I have a web form that adds users without any problem.

Any ideas?

Is a way you can assist me in debuging this?

That worked. Thank you.

Hi Doug

It requires multiple addresses (for no good reason other than the command is SubscribeList I'll remove that limitation for the next release).

In the meantime add a blank line before the email in the body.

Hi Douggg

We've released a major upgrade of one of our other products today, so we are just starting to catch up on things.

I need you to send me a debug log, i'll email you the details.
