I am about to upgrade to the New version of MLK.
Is it possible to have MLK automatically check for Birthdays in a field and automatically send a Birthday email card to receipients when their Birthday comes up? Or can I have it send 2 days early, in case the birthday is on a weekend? How?

Hi

In V7 there is an automatic birthday option. Go into View>Options, Acknowledge and enable the Birthday option. You will need to create a birthday messages and can include personalization fields (e.g. to insert the recipient's first name).

You will naturally need to put the users birthday into their member record. You can do this:
- When importing contacts (from Outlook contacts or import files)
- Using a web form (e.g. when they sign up for your mailing list on your web site they can specify a birthday)
- Specifying it under Edit>Edit Member
