Posted - Nov 29 2007 : 22:45:12 New user, I looked everywhere but could not find an answer.
Every time I send a message with images, they come through as placeholders.
I have saved images as jpg and gif, both did not load.
I changed the size, nothing.
Sent to a gmail, verizon, and own mail server, still the little red x.
Used 2 different smtp servers, verizon and my own, nada.
I am using word as my html editor, probably the problem?
I am: XP v7.0 Sending mail through smtp. (outlook is greyed out) Office 2007
Love the product, but with no images ......

Do you create your message in MLK or do you load it from an HTML file created in another program?
If you create your message in MLK what steps do you use to insert the image?
If you click the Preview button do the images display?
