Can you please share with us how to set up an automatic mailing campaign. I would like to send out a series of 4 mails to go out 1 email perweek for the next 4 weeks.

As I get new folks I want to add them to this new campain of 4 emails. So ultimate the system would be sending out a series of different emails continuously.

Is there a step by step process on how to do this and store the information in MLK or on outlook?

Hi

You can do this using Welcome messages. You set up a message to go out when they first join the group then "delayed messages" that go out after that. The settings are under View>Options, Acknowledge.

Please have a look at:

And let us know if you have any difficulty.
