We have been very happy with Mail List King (inc. the new version) over the few months we have been using it on a weekly basis to mail to 7000 subscribers. We looked at and actually trialled some 33 other mail programs before finding Mail List King. None of them came close for ease of use, ability to work correctly and features. The only criticism that I can come up with is that this program isn't more widely known about or promoted. If it had been I'd have found it sooner! So thanks to Xequte from Kevin Clifford (publisher from the UK)
